November inflation RPI (retail price index) - 3.6%
1st April 2025 - Minimum award - £1,500 or 4% whichever is greater (Grades A-E)
Across the board distribution - Average awards:-
A - 5.8%
B - 5.4%
C - 4.6%
D - 4.0%
E - 4.0%
F-G managerial discretion - 3.5%
Above max (A-E only) - Non-consolidated cash up to £1,500
Grades F-G - 3.5% Managerial discretion
Total pot of 3.5% with colleagues given awards based on manager discretion. Taking into account your capabilities, contribution and external market positioning.

As things stand, the 2025 pay deal will see a significant proportion of LBG workers receive an above inflation (RPI) pay increase!
This achievement would not have been possible without workers being union members, pressing for better pay and democratically voting on union secured pay deals and having a true VOICE in the workplace!
