Reward Priorities 2023



2022 was a game-changer for Unite in LBG. Our membership pulled together and backed our negotiators in force to ensure we got as much money as possible into workers’ pockets. Our collective action saw a £1000 cost-of-living payment and a substantial pay settlement endorsed by 78% of our members.


Now we set our sights on 2023 and beyond. We know there are areas of pay and reward that our members simply aren’t happy with, and we are making these issues our priority moving forward.
