Part-Time Worker Collective Grievance submitted

When Lloyds Banking Group announced it would be providing all of their employees with a £1000 cost of living payment (pro rata for part-time) it was a bitter blow for part-time workers once they realised they would not benefit as much as full-time workers, with some claiming to even be worse off due to the impact such a payment would have on their benefits.
This week Caren Evans, Unite National Officer for Lloyds Banking Group, has submitted a collective grievance challenging Lloyds Banking Group to do more for these workers.
