Organisational Changes
LBG has announced organisational changes affecting the following business areas across the group:-
Consumer Relationships (Brands, Marketing & Experience); Consumer Relationships (Chief Operating Office); Consumer Relationships (Digital Engagement); Consumer Relationships (Community Banking) and Group Sustainable Business.
Unfortunately, LBG has confirmed that these changes will result in a net reduction of c.530 roles across LBG and the impacted areas. The announcements also confirm that for some colleagues there are changes in relation to the designated hub offices for their business areas, which may have an impact on their career aspirations unless colleagues are willing and able to apply for future roles in a different geographic location.
