Organisational Changes announced - 150 roles to be removed

Organisational Changes announced - 28th January 2025

LBG has announced organisational changes affecting the following business areas across the group:-

Corporate & Institutional Banking (Chief Operating Office), Corporate & Institutional Banking (LBCM Credit Risk), Insurance, Pensions & Investments (Customer Solutions), Insurance Pensions & Investments (Customer Services), Business & Commercial Banking (Commercial Banking Coverage) and Consumer Relationships (Chief Controls Office).

Unfortunately, LBG has confirmed that as a consequence of these changes there will be a net reduction of around a further 150 roles across LBG and the impacted areas.
